01 — Origin
Where the pine line meets the snow.
Above Manali, Himachal Pradesh, hives sit on forested slopes between the valley and the high peaks — closer to the tree line than to any town.
02 — The Blooms
Meadows that bloom on their own terms.
Wildflowers carpet the high meadows each summer, unplanted and unmanaged, exactly as they have for generations.
03 — The Bees
A living relationship with the mountain.
Local beekeepers tend the hives through the season, working alongside bees that forage the wildflowers rising across the slopes.
04 — The Harvest
Lifted by hand, frame by frame.
Each honeycomb frame is checked and drawn out at the hive itself, the same unhurried way it has always been done here.
05 — The Extraction
Uncapped and drawn out, never heated.
The wax caps are sliced away and the comb is spun in a stainless steel extractor, letting the honey flow free without any cooking or pressing.
06 — The Bottle
Sealed close to where it was drawn.
The raw honey is strained by hand through a stainless-steel mesh sieve, then sealed into glass, carrying the mountain above Manali all the way to your table.
